I'm really looking forward to Saturday's Wings game as a test to gauge where the Hawks are now. Granted, there are a lot of things to be worked out between the coaching staff and the players, and I'm not expecting miracles. Given time for the team to gel, my question is, can the Hawks speed, youth and skill prevail over experienced and larger teams?
Can speed, youth and skill defeat size and experience?

Based on the game, I would
Based on the game, I would say this group isn't intimidated by the Wings. They played along side instead of chasing, which can only be a positive as it is still early in the season......

No Fuschia
Sorry, its hard enough to take care of this site as-is without colors and smileys!
I agree that the kids weren't intimidated by the Wings (see today's blog). They still get too hyped up having the big crowds and Coach Q! No more rebuilding though-this team will be there before this season ends!
