Hey Mr. Tibstra
This is Nick Kempen. Not sure if you remember me, but I am with Beau Manny and he was telling me about your site and we wanted to say hi. also, was wondering if you could do a sports theme print of a friend of mine that I played ball with in college. He plays for the Chicago Cubs now, his name is Neal Cotts. If not, no worries. Hope all is well.
Take care,
Nick

Hey Tib,
Just thought i would stop by and say hi and like jake ever since that bus ride to the old chicago stadium my freshman year i always find myself glued to the tv to watch the hawks. I was showing off your page at work and the guys were impressed with the galleries, very nice work. thanks again Greg "Kibby" Kibbons
KIBBY!
Great to hear from you!!! Those were some fun days back at CHS- and some fun times at the Stadium. I doubt you could take a busload of kids to any place as scary and cool as west madison and the Stadium the way it was back then. I remember the band teacher used to say, "Jerry, when I Google your name there are more hits for you than there are hookers on weswt madison!". Yes, those were the days!!!! Keep in touch, eh?
Go Hawks!
hawks practice
Is there any chance of going with you sometime to watch a practice. My email is kibby50@yahoo.com please let me know thank you.
Go Hawks!!!
Hey Mr. Tibstra,
This is Jake Barwegen from CHS. I just wanted to say hello and thank you for everything you taught me in school. I always looked forward to every class with you. Also, you turned me on to the Hawks and hockey and now I can't play or watch it enough, so thank you again. It looks like your studio is doing great and I hope that all is well. Maybe I will see you at the UC sometime soon.
Take Care,
Jake
Hi Jake!
Great to hear from you! What are you up to these days (something's reminding me of law enforcement in some way). I miss those days at Central, I probably looked forward to the classes just as much as the kids. For a lot of years that job didn't feel like a job, it felt like home away from home. If AWR hadn't retired (the first time) I'd probably still be there today- I'm still kinda P.O.'d at him for leaving, things were never close to being the same. At least I have great memories! Thanks for the kind comments and we'll see you at a game or Roadwatch. Send me an email and let me know when you'll be around.
Go Hawks!
